Shipping policy

FREE delivery is available to customers who spend over $500. Customers who spend under $500 incur a $25 delivery fee. Additional fees may apply for wholesale customers with large orders. Wholesale customers can acquire a delivery and product quote prior to ordering by contacting Pine Tree Prime Pty Ltd direct.

Delivery will take approximately 7 business days.

It is your responsibility:
To be present at the time of delivery, and allow access to the driver. If you cannot be at your address to take delivery of your order, please arrange for a trusted contact to take delivery for you.

Delivery will take place at the address specified by you when placing your order.

Prior to the delivery Pine Tree Prime Pty Ltd or our nominated courier company will be in touch with you to confirm the delivery time. This will allow for arrangements to be made - that you, or somebody nominated by you, will be available to accept delivery.

If the delivery driver is unable to obtain access at the agreed time on the agreed day, you may be charged additional fees if any subsequent delivery occurs. 

If you, or somebody who has been nominated by you, is not present at the time of delivery, Pine Tree Prime Pty Ltd will not be liable for the replacement, the refund or any compensation in relation to your order.
